Having been in the credit and loan collection industry since 1997, Founder and CEO Jay Villavicencio established JuanClik Lending Corporation to help Filipino seafarers achieve their dreams.
Jay became part of the class of 1995 at the Philippine Merchant Marine Academy when he joined as a probationary cadet midshipman. He also earned a Business Administration degree with a Management major from Colegio de San Juan de Letran in 1996.
As a seasoned founder of 6 seafarers’ lending companies, Jay has in-depth knowledge of the seafarers’ plight and the seafarers’ lending ecosystem.
His exposure to seafarers’ challenges in applying for a loan has led Jay to start JuanClik. JuanClik aims to make loan processing fast and available to Filipino seafarers.

You will receive the whole amount you applied for. There are no fee deductions. For example, if you applied for Php 20,000, you will receive this same amount.
Yes. Your credit officer will explain this in length during the interview.
You may borrow a minimum of Php 20,000. JuanClik also accepts loan applications of up to Php 1,000,000.
Once you apply for a loan, processing will take less than 60 minutes. If your application is approved, we will immediately transfer the loan amount to your preferred mode – electronic transfer or check.
